8 Days to go!

WOW! Where has the time gone? When we decided to become an engaged couple we wanted a short engagement of around 6 months. I proposed to Kylie in november of 2009 and my how time has flown. The amount of careful planning, organising and general finger pointing is almost over and our big day is not around the corner anymore!

I have finished work for 3 weeks and Kylie finishes up today which we both feel is a welcome break to get our minds focused for our wedding. We have finished moving house and have almost unpacked everything we have brought. We are not gonna lie when we say the last 3 or 4 months have been very hard, in more ways than one. Its about now that the both of us have finally started to enjoy the lead up and spend time with our dear family and friends. Were feeling good, pretty nervous tho, but excited all at once.

This week we finally said goodbye to St Marys!!!

Thank you so much to our mums and dads for helping me move.
We are very blessed and will always be forever thankful for our families, especially our parents for their hardwork and help during this time. We would not be in the position we are without them and their love and support. We love you very much.
Same goes for our wonderful bridesmaids and groomsmen, you have been awesome, generous, amazing and the most helpful and loving bunch of cool kids we know!

Ive got a list as long as my arms of things to do before we tie the knot and ive been powering through it thanks to being energised by helping out at the breakfast club at Kylies School. What a great bunch of kids they are, thanks for letting me butter your bread and jam your toast without complaining. Only you lot could eat soggy weatbix with mashed up bananna.

So Kylie moves into the new house very soon but last night we welcomed the arrival of the first shipment of care bears. I was there personally to shake each of their paws and welcome them aboard with open arms. They were nice carebears apart from this dude....

Sadly they drank all the milo and theyve warned me this is just the beginning. Yep thats right, theres more!!

I know ive got millions of cds, tapes, video tapes and dvds of my favourite bands but man have i met my match with Kylies equivalent....GOLDEN BOOKS! They are everywhere!

So far things are looking great for our life together. We have a new house which we love very much, there is a young family living in the st marys house and the elizabeth property will be finished in the next month or two!

We were stoked to get the keys to the new place....

The view of our backyard. Lots of meals outside in the summertime!

See you guys on the 21st August and dont forget to vote!
