Dude where's my... Zoltan!!

We arrived late afternoon in the stunning city of Krakow (pronounced crackov for those of you playing at home) Poland. Our hotel was very nice especdially when it was on the same block as a servo!!

So we changed currencies from Florints (Hungarian, we called them coconuts) to Zlotte (Polish, but we call them Zoltans or Zoolanders)

Saturday morning we travelled by bus into the centre of town and we had a free day to do whatever we wanted.Clints time of wearing boardies finally came to an end today when we went outside and realised it was about 7degrees! Chilly! Clints happy tho coz he was the only dude wearing shorts in Venice lol.

We had some precious clintylie time in a beautiful park just outside the market square and even though it was freezing cold, we loved watching the sun break through and light everything up!

There were lots and lots of christmas markets and kylie bought a felt purse from the felt stall which had some amazing stuff.

Poland, like the rest of Eastern Europe, continued to amaze us by charging us 2 Zoltans to use the toilet! However, we snuck in and out like ninjas as we refuse to pay to pee!! FREE TO PEE!!

Krakow is full of amazing churches and cathedrals so we got to send some quiet time appreciating the architecture and the beauty of these magnificent buildings.

While walking to this gigantic castle which had its own firebreathing dragon statue, we bought new matching hats to go with our matching sunnies. We are abit bummed out we can only wear sunnies for a few hours a day now as it gets dark at 4pm!!

We totally loved Poland, the people were awesome, they have about 100 different types of beer, it's cheap as chips and they have an absurd amount of pigeons in the main square and of course kylie tried to feed and care for every single one of them!!

Our highlight was sitting in our hotel room on the top bunk having a quiet beer and watching the German version of Spongbob Square pants and "Mam Talent" (Poland has talent) hilarious.. can't believe a polish asian opera singer beat a crazy fingers accordian player to get into the final!

Stay tuned
